Taking it
The standard dose of darunavir (Prezista) is 600mg twice a day, taken with 100mg ritonavir (Norvir) to boost darunavir levels. Darunavir must be taken with food, to ensure adequate drug levels in the blood.
Darunavir is produced as orange tablets, with each tablet containing 300mg of drug.
