The AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition (http://www.avac.org), has published a review of the United States Government's efforts to develop HIV vaccines and provides links to other relevant resources.
The International AIDS Vaccine Initiative website (http://www.iavi.org) has the full text of each issue of IAVI Report, which is the only regular publication devoted to HIV vaccines. The publication has carried a series of informative progress reports on different approaches to HIV vaccines including DNA vaccines, vectored vaccines, and whole inactivated HIV vaccines. The site also includes a directory of clinical trials on preventive HIV vaccines.
The United States National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases maintains an AIDS Vaccine research website (http://www.niaid.nih.gov/daids/vaccine/default.htm).
