Enemas and douches
Feeding warm water into the vagina or rectum to clean it (douche) or fill it up (enema) from a plastic or rubber container.
There is an increased risk if you are fucked in combination after an enema or a douche, because it can cause irritations and tears inside you which can make it easier for the virus to enter your bloodstream. It can also wash away any natural protection which the arse or vagina might have against HIV.
On their own they are totally safe, as long as you don't share your equipment with anyone else. If you do then you must learn how to clean and sterilise effectively (see Sex toys).
Obviously it is safest not to put any kind of chemicals into the enema.
